Writing your review

Below the moving reviews on the home page there is an Add your review too button. Once you are logged in and have verified your email address, the button opens the form: you give 1 to 5 stars and write a short review (20–400 characters). You can add your city if you like. While you write, you see next to the form how your card will look in the strip. Each member can write one review.

You can reach the form from anywhere: the Write a review link in the account menu at the top right takes you straight to the form on the home page and opens it. When you pass a practice exam, finish a course or earn a new badge or streak, you may also see a small Would you share your experience? card. It is shown twice at most; once you have written a review it no longer appears, and if you close it, it stays away for at least 14 days. It never appears on exam, game or challenge screens.

Your review is published under the display name on your profile. If you shortened your name in the settings, it appears as "Ayşe Y.", for example. Reviews are not translated; people reading in another language see which language your review was written in.

Reviews are checked by our team; reviews that are not suitable may be removed.

Editing and deleting

Once you have written a review, the button is called Edit your review. In the same form you can change your review or remove it completely with Delete your review; you can then write a new one.

The "Sample review" label

Some cards have a Sample review label. These are AI-written examples that introduce the site, not reviews by real users. Reviews by real users do not have this label.
